Create the trip
Trips holds camps, hikes and overnights, with dates, destination, cost, kit list and who it's open to.

Open sign-ups
Publish the trip and share the public sign-up link. Guardians sign up, give consent and see what to bring — no account needed.

Take payment by bank transfer
Your club bank details appear on the sign-up and in the confirmation email, with the reference to use. Guardians can flag that they've paid, and staff confirm it.

Organise the group
Split scouts into patrols, set duties, award points, and use the leaderboard and prize nominations to keep it fun.

Sort out logistics
Rooms or tents, transport, itinerary, packing list and attachments all live on the trip so the whole team is working from the same pack.
