Turn a club night into an activity

Easiest route: open the meeting and use the Activity card — 'Turn this into an activity'. Pick the type (water, hike, climb…) and the location, and the date, times, section, scouters and members already on the night carry across, along with the programme notes. A programme card can also start one with 'Make activity'.

      Create the activity

Activities covers anything that isn't a club night or an overnight — a hike, a sailing session, a badge day. You can also create one from scratch on the Activities page.

      Add the roster and team

Pick the scouts attending and the scouters running it, including first aider and driver roles.

    4. 4

      Plan, pack and sign off

Add a plan, a packing list, kit or boat check-outs, and attachments. Sign-offs are recorded so you can show the activity was approved.

      Collect sign-ups publicly

Share the public sign-up link if you want guardians to opt in and consent themselves.
